Strategic Recruiting Services LLC was established in 2014 when Lesley Delgado, former owner of StaffPro America, recognized the need for affordable recruiting services options for business owners of small to medium size companies. Due to the increasing demand by clientele for affordable Human Resources Services, Strategic Recruiting Services began offering managed human resources services in addition to recruiting services in January 2015.
