Established in 2006 after the birth of my beloved deaf daughter , the TCO was shaped by a hearing impaired Father of a beautiful deaf child who believe in the right of the deaf community to be able to be creative and achieve great roles in the world out there because THEIR disability should never be a barrier to stop them from achieving and being ENTREPRENEURS in different vocational fields like the hearings and to stand tall and represent at the national level. These beliefs remain true to this day, we are proud to have made produced some of the best deaf ENTREPRENEURS out there .
