From humble beginnings, TekSolv has grown into award-winning providers of professional service solutions for industrial markets, focusing on safety and training services, systems integrations and oilfield automation services, engineering consulting, and environmental and occupational health services. A dynamic business model, and a niche in the oil and gas petrochemical and power industries has led to rapid company growth.

TekSolv was founded in 1999, by Certified Safety Professionals John Mouser and Kevin Hurd. A few years later, Engineering Consultant, Bryan Jones, joined the group and helped develop TekSolv's engineering consulting division. Over several years, the company embarked on a series of changes that would allow for improved customer service and client serviceability. By expanding the infrastructure and securing industry proven professionals, as well as providing turnkey services and transformative technology solutions-TekSolv has become the preferred provider of integrated safety, equipment and automation services to heavy industry challenges. Currently, the company maintains five offices in the continental United States; Delaware, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois and West Virginia.
