The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a 120-bed facility offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term, respite and hospice care. Our professional team is dedicated to treating residents with dignity and respect. Family members can be assured that The Oxford is the appropriate choice for their loved one. Our goal is to help all of our residents reach their highest level of function and return home or to the most appropriate setting as soon as possible.
