Our specialization is in representing both real estate investors and tax exempt institutions utilizing IRS approved tax strategies, including 1031 and 170 exchanges to acquire properties. Welfont manages each investment from research through acquisition and disposition while helping our clients maximize their ROI. In this process, we work with analysts, real estate brokers, property managers, appraisers, lending institutions, and various contractors. Over the last ten years, our principals have helped our clients complete over $200 million in property transaction value nationwide totaling over 10 million square feet of buildings situated on approximately 1,000 acres of commercial land spread out through the U.S. Property types include land, warehousing, manufacturing plants, retail, hospitality, apartments, offices, banks, schools, healthcare, residential, redevelopment, mixed use, and other special facilities.
