Our staff of 170+ highly trained, full-time wellness and injury prevention coaches is the largest on-site coaching staff in the USA. We have served 500+ employer locations in 35 states, and our coaches have conducted over 5,200,000 individual, one-on- one and face-to- face coaching interactions with employees.

Our Mission is to help our clients improve their population’s health, and enhance the quality of life of their employees. Our coaching is directed toward the human aspect of wellness, emphasizing personal motivation to improve behaviors, education and awareness. While on-site at our clients, you will work one-on-one with employees, coaching them to improve the lifestyle behaviors that contribute to poor health (lack of exercise and fitness, poor nutrition, smoking, stress, weight management, etc.). You will help employees set goals, answer questions, and provide guidance and on-going support through our proprietary coaching process. You will also be provided with on-going training in coaching methodology and psychology as part of our “best-in-class” coaching skill set development program. 

We service nearly all employment classifications, and our customers include some of the largest employers in the world, other national, regional and local employers, municipalities and cities, universities, and healthcare systems.
