Yutaka Electronics (YTK) founded in 1964 in Japan, is a leader in factory automation technology integration with steady yearly growth domestically and internationally. YTK has established overseas locations in China, Indonesia, Thailand, United States (YAC), Mexico, and a newly added Poland location in 2017. YTK provides cutting edge automation technology which allows customers to maximize production volume and profitability.

YAC Robot System’s (YAC) is a subsidiary of YTK. The environment at YAC is an open office layout to form unity through open communication, teamwork, and an efficient work flow. This allows YAC members the ability to collaborate and encourage each other in the design, build, and supply of our technologies.

YTK, along with YAC and its other subsidiaries provide cutting edge automation technology which allows customers to maximize production volume and profitability. Projects can include design and builds of a variety of machines and systems, from special stand-alone work cells, to full turnkey manufacturing systems. Examples of YAC's products and services include custom VB.net software for process control and data collection, database application, barcode verification and traceability, custom vision applications, PC to PLC communication and runtime software, vision systems for a wide variety of applications from barcode reading, part/model verification, presence/absence detection, part gauging, 2D & 3D robot guidance, line tracking and random bin picking, custom equipment design and fabrication, detection of design defects, and system function and safety verification.

YAC is a Certified Service Integrator of FANUC Robotics, the highest level available for all FANUC integrators in the United States. YAC has integrated FANUC robots in a wide variety of applications including, die cast machine tending, palletizing, and deburring, just to name a few. YAC also offers training on or off site.

YAC’s customer base largely consists of many well-known car manufacturers and their individual component suppliers.

YAC provides the following benefits to their Part and Full-Time employees per company policies.

• Holidays – YAC offers 11 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Day After New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Holidays are separate from PTO.
• PTO - Part and Full-Time employees accrue prorated PTO hours for each month they work. The PTO hours accrued depend on years of service at YAC. Some unused PTO can rollover to the following calendar year.
• Health Insurance – YAC provides medical, dental, and vision coverage for each employee and their legal dependents.
• Life and AD&D Insurance - $50,000 group term life insurance is 100% paid by YAC for each full-time employee. Full-Time employees, spouses and dependents can also elect voluntary term life insurance. The voluntary premiums are 100% paid by the Full-Time employee. 
• Disability Insurance – Short Term and Long Term Disability insurance is 100% paid by YAC. f
• 401K – YAC offers employees the opportunity to contribute to a 401K plan. with a company match.
• Compensatory Time (Exempt Only) – YAC offers Exempt (salaried) employees the ability to accrue compensatory time.
