Job TitleSuperintendentJob DescriptionSupervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve concerns. Oversee the quality control process to ensure high standards are consistently achieved. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, and equipment usage.
