We are seeking a Construction Project Manager III to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex facility and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you will manage projects from initiation through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, documentation, field activities, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, construction, project controls, contractors, and leadership teams to develop project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues that could impact cost, quality, or schedule. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, reviewing contractor performance, managing change orders, supporting contract negotiations, approving invoices, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong construction management experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results while managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic, schedule-driven environment.

Compensation: $70/hr.
