(1932) Construction Permitting Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Permitting Coordinator to manage and oversee all permitting activities for complex construction and facility projects. In this role, you will coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to obtain required permits and approvals, ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through completion. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting permit applications, tracking approval status, maintaining project schedules, managing documentation and records, and serving as the primary liaison between project teams and governmental agencies. You will also review permit packages for completeness and accuracy, coordinate inspections and closeout requirements, and help resolve permitting issues that could impact project timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced navigating permitting processes with multiple jurisdictions while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale facility construction projects is highly preferred.

Compensation: $45.00/hr.
