Town Pump is looking for a motivated and outgoing Store Grocery Manager to join our team. Town Pump is a growing company, with ever increasing opportunities for career growth.

As a Store Grocery Manager, you will:

• Lead and support a high-performing team through training, coaching, and development.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.

• Manage merchandising, displays, promotions, and product placement to maximize sales.

• Oversee inventory ordering, receiving, stocking, and product rotation.

• Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and promotional materials throughout the store.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor programs, and operational standards.Keep the store clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready to serve customers every day.
