We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations and ensure successful execution of construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout. In this role, you will oversee subcontractors, field crews, material deliveries, equipment coordination, and site logistics while maintaining adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. You will serve as the primary on-site leader, working closely with project managers, engineers, architects, inspectors, and clients to ensure all work is completed according to plans and specifications. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, maintaining project documentation, resolving field issues, coordinating resources, and proactively addressing schedule impacts before they affect project delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, extensive construction supervision experience, a solid understanding of building methods and codes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while driving projects safely, efficiently, and successfully to completion.

Compensation: $45.00/hr.
