$261,000 floor with a $100,000 retention incentive – Pediatric Endocrinology – Fargo, ND

Sanford Health is currently seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our expansive pediatric specialty team at Sanford Childrens Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. Join a team of 2 Board Certified Pediatric Endocrinologists, our pediatric dietician, and 6 certified diabetic educators.

Clinic-based practice with hospital consults throughout the Children's Hospital (NICU, Peds, PICU)
Full array of endocrine conditions including thyroid, diabetes, and growing number of transgender patients
Collaboration with our on staff pediatric psychologist specializing in gender dysphoria
Integrated behavioral health imbedded into clinic
Outreach to regional Sanford clinics
Largest team of more than 65 board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists in the region
Regions only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Sanford Medical Center houses a 12 bed PICU, with additional flex beds if needed. Floor shared with 24 bed pediatric unit, and 40-bed Level III NICU.

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Annual compensation of $261,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
