$350,000 Floor + $200,000 Incentive | Family Medicine Opportunity in Dickinson, ND | Sanford Health

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a successful, well established practice.

Practice Details:

Join a group of 15 primary care, 5 pediatric, and 3 OB/GYN providers
Same Day Surgery Center with visiting orthopedic surgeons
Monday - Friday with minimal call and a half-day of administrative time
Site includes infusion center, lab/radiology, MRI, and CT Scanner
Visiting specialties include: Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Pediatric Cardiology

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
  • Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
