(6908) Sr. Buyer

We are seeking a Sr. Buyer to support sourcing and supplier management for complex engineering and production programs. In this role, you will manage the full procurement lifecycle—developing RFQs/RFPs, evaluating proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials that meet technical and quality requirements. You’ll work closely with engineering and program teams to prioritize needs, interpret specifications and drawings, and establish sourcing strategies that support schedule, cost, and performance objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and working within regulated environments. You will drive strategic agreements, track procurement performance metrics, and resolve issues from requisition through invoice payment. Success in this role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach in fast paced, evolving programs. Experience in aerospace or high reliability manufacturing, along with familiarity with FAR, AS9100, and technical procurement requirements, is highly preferred.
Compensation: $70.00hr.
