$750,000 Floor + $250,000 Incentive - Interventional Radiology - Sanford Health - Bismarck, ND

Sanford Health is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible International Radiologist to join a successful, well-established group of physicians!

• Join an experienced team of 4 Interventional, 8 Diagnostic and 5 APP's
• Dedicated Interventional position with optional Diagnostic work
• Progressive IR department providing wide range of services, including: stroke and pulmonary thrombectomy, cryo, and microwave ablation
• 12 weeks vacation guaranteed
• 1:4 call
• DNV Primary Plus Stroke Certified Center
• Two Single Plane Fluoro units and dedicated CT Scanner
• ACR Accredited Radiology Department
• Newly remodeled department with state of the art imaging equipment and efficient workflow

• Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $250,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
