We are seeking a Configuration Analyst I to support configuration and change management activities for complex engineering and manufacturing programs. In this role, you will monitor and track program data through established workflows, analyze and process internal and external change requests, support review board activities, and ensure records are accurate for reporting and audit purposes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues, answer user questions, maintain data integrity within PLM systems, and help drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with configuration management tools, engineering data systems, Microsoft Office, and change control processes is highly desirable.

Compensation: $38.46/hr
