We are seeking a Technical Writer II to develop clear, detailed, and standardized work instructions that support CNC machining and welding operations in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing engineers, machinists, welders, and production personnel to translate complex engineering requirements into easy-to-follow procedures that improve quality, reduce errors, and drive consistent execution on the shop floor. You will spend significant time in production areas observing workflows, validating processes, creating visual aids from CAD models, and documenting best practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between engineering design and production execution while supporting continuous improvement and error-proofing initiatives.

Compensation: $36.29/hr
