We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support machining, fabrication, and hardware preparation for prototype, test, and production programs. In this role, you will set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC equipment along with manual machines such as mills, lathes, drill presses, and saws. You’ll prepare raw materials, select tooling and fixturing, program equipment as needed from drawings or models, and operate cutting equipment such as waterjets to rough and profile parts. Daily work also includes part inspection using standard metrology tools, cleaning and deburring, minor rework, and basic assemblies to ensure components meet engineering specifications.

The ideal candidate thrives in a hands on machine shop environment and can work with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams. You will help document and standardize machining processes, support schedule driven priorities, and maintain an organized, safe workspace aligned with 5S and shop safety practices. Attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to machine tight tolerance parts—including large, delicate, or specialized materials—are key to success in this role. Experience with advanced CNC setup, fixture design, CAM or conversational programming, and waterjet operation is a strong plus.
Compensation:  $48.00/hr.
