We are seeking an experienced Harnessing / Electrical Technician to support hands on electrical assembly, cable fabrication, and system integration for advanced aerospace and ground support hardware. In this role, you will build and prepare wiring harnesses to detailed specifications, perform precise connector terminations, and install electrical components into complex assemblies. Youll be responsible for routing and securing harnesses, maintaining proper cable management, and ensuring workmanship meets quality and reliability standards throughout assembly and integration.
This position also involves troubleshooting electrical issues during build up, performing continuity checks and basic electrical tests, and supporting prototype, test, and production hardware. The ideal candidate can confidently read wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions, and is comfortable diagnosing fit up, routing, or installation challenges in a fast paced environment. Experience working around specialized systems such as vacuum chambers or furnace/reactor equipment is a plus, along with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality electrical assemblies.
Compensation: $48.00/hr.
