**School Occupational Therapist (OT)**

**We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated** **Occupational Therapist (OT)** **to support students in** **Lynnwood, Washington** **, through the remainder of the** **2025-2026 school year** **. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic participation, independence, and overall success while working with a collaborative school team.**
**Position Overview**
**The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing occupational therapy services aligned with students' educational goals. The OT will also ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all applicable standards.**

+ **Schedule:** **Approximately 30 hours per week**
+ **Contract Duration:** **Through the end of the current school year**
+ **Location:** **Lynnwood, WA**
+ **Pay Rate:** **$58 per hour**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Perform occupational therapy evaluations for students**
+ **Develop and implement individualized treatment plans**
+ **Provide direct therapy services to support student participation and functional skills**
+ **Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services and progress**
+ **Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff**
+ **Comply with all professional, ethical, federal, state, and local regulations**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ **Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice**
+ **One (1) year of prior professional occupational therapy experience preferred**
+ **Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice**
+ **Current CPR certification (if applicable)**
+ **TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable)**
+ **Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)**
+ **Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements**
+ **Must be at least 18 years of age**
