Duties
\n
\n
Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on company's products at customer sites
\n
Inspects and evaluates customer usage of company's products
\n
Submits various reports, such as service reports and expense report to management
\n
Receives follow-up and additional training on Company products in Japan
\n
Supports sales activities and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
\n
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
\n
Excellent communication skills in English
\n
Flexibility to travel as needed
\n
\n
