MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •Two (2) years of experience implementing or supporting software systems within an information technology environment, including documentation and training; •Two (2) years of experience in helpdesk operations, customer support, or application support services; •Two (2) years of supervisory or project management experience; •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or closely related fields; •Possession of a valid Driver's License and use of personal transportation required. (SBCSS vehicle not provided); •Possession of a high school diploma (or its equivalency) or higher or possession of a GED.
