The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools office acts as an intermediate service agency between the California Department of Education and the 33 school districts in San Bernardino County to help meet the educational needs of all children county-wide. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •Possession of a Bachelor's Degree; •Four (4) years experience working in a school district or county office of education; •Four (4) years experience working in professional development and support for family and community engagement; •Two (2) years experience coordinating and facilitating meetings, presentations and/or workshops; •Two (2) years experience maintaining project budgets and managing project timelines; •Two (2) years working with parents and communities of identified underserved, diverse populations such as English Learners, low income students and/or foster youth.
