(8957) Project Manager II

We are seeking a Contract Inventory Coordinator to support material tracking and logistics for a fast moving construction program. In this role, you will manage inventory allocation across multiple builds, maintain bills of materials, and ensure components are properly tracked against project schedules. You’ll coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, support receiving and storage processes, and work closely with procurement to expedite critical materials needed to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable operating in a high tempo environment where priorities shift quickly. You will serve as the key link between field teams and supply chain, ensuring accurate inventory records, identifying shortages or excess materials, and helping maintain smooth workflow across sites. Experience with ERP systems and construction or field based logistics is strongly preferred, along with the ability to proactively solve problems and keep operations running efficiently.
Compensation: $55/hr.
