Description

We are seeking an experienced GSE & Tooling Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of ground support equipment, test fixtures, tooling, and launch support hardware for advanced aerospace systems. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex 3D models, assemblies, drawings, interface documentation, and bills of material while ensuring designs meet manufacturing, inspection, and configuration control requirements. Candidates should have strong experience with Creo, GD&T per ASME Y14.5, large assembly management, and engineering release processes within Windchill or a comparable PLM environment.

The ideal candidate has a background designing mechanical tooling, fixtures, umbilical systems, handling equipment, or test hardware used in aerospace, launch vehicle, or aircraft programs. Responsibilities include supporting test campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, managing engineering changes and drawing releases, reviewing designs for manufacturability, and coordinating with fabrication partners and vendors. Experience with structural assemblies, weldments, lifting devices, fluid or cryogenic systems, and large-scale GSE integration is highly desired.
Compensation:  $90.00/hr.
We look forward to reviewing your application. We encourage everyone to apply - even if every box isn’t checked for what you are looking for or what is required.
