    Marinex Inc. is a well-established supplier of automotive and industrial parts for military and commercial sectors. We work with domestic and international customers and vendors, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

    This is a hands-on accounting position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling daily accounting tasks in QuickBooks Online and supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including A/R and A/P

    • Enter and review vendor bills, customer invoices, credit memos, payments, and deposits

    • Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online

    • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

    • Prepare and review A/R and A/P aging reports

    • Assist with journal entries, general ledger review, and month-end/year-end closing

    • Support financial reporting and coordinate with the company's CPA as needed

    • Assist with inventory-related accounting, purchasing, sales orders, and billing transactions

    • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents

    • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members

    • Provide administrative support as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required

    • QuickBooks experience required; QuickBooks Online experience preferred

    • Experience with A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, and general accounting tasks

    • Journal entry and month-end closing experience preferred

    • Inventory, import/export, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred

    • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

    • Able to work independently and follow established procedures

    • Korean/English bilingual ability required
