** Overview:**
Are you an accounting professional looking to expand your experience beyond the basics? We're seeking a Staff Accountant who is eager to take ownership of key accounting functions while building a long-term career with a collaborative and growing organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of accounting experience who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop into a Senior Accountant.
** Job Duties:**
- Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Review shipment activity and resolve billing discrepancies
- Process vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve payment issues
- Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments
- Support audits, special projects, and continuous process improvements
** Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-4 years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting
- Manufacturing or supply chain experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)
