Join us.A Day in the Life:In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid timely.The Impact You'll Make:1099 reportingAudit and post PO and Non‑PO invoices; audit and confirm Vendor MasterPerform monthly closing procedures; run weekly reports; prepare journal entriesResolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, and PurchasingWho You Are:Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of experience in full‑cycle accounts payable in a fast‑paced environment1–3 years of experience in a supervisor rolePrior knowledge and experience with international payments/banking requirementsMonster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
