Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC and Carlisle, PA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.Duties and Responsibilities Supervise, coach and develop a team of AP associates enabling the accurate and timely completion of tasks and projectsProvide oversight and direction for invoice processing carried out by the 3rd party providerContinuously maintain and refine standard operating procedures to uphold and advance best‑practice standardsUnderstand and oversee data flow and end‑to‑end process between various areas of the supply chain and 3rd party providerCollaborate with internal departments (VSRM, category management, brands, finance, IT, etc.) to resolve issuesProvide ad‑hoc analysis as requested to assist in key business decisions in a timely and efficient mannerDevelop and publish department reporting/KPI'sEstablish meaningful departmental goals and drive accountability – personally and across the team – to ensure they are metAct as a liaison between the department and other areas and brandsProactively evaluate AP processes to identify improvement opportunities and clearly advocate for recommended changesSustain and advocate for robust internal controls to ensure operational integrityAdditional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our ValuesBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent6‑8 years AP experience, preferably leading teams/processesStrong understanding of accounting theories, methodologies, principles and practices, and the impact of departmental transactions to the financial statementsStrong Microsoft Office skillsAdvanced formulas in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and macros)Experience with GL account analysisExperience with or ability to use query tools for research/reportingAccurate and detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through skillsStrong customer service mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external business partners, and auditorsStrong organizational skills with ability to work on multiple tasks concurrentlyAbility to create and effectively deliver training to all levels of the organizationMainframe, SEGA, ACIS, and DSS MicroStrategy knowledge is helpfulSAP S4/Hana knowledge helpfulPreferred Qualifications LEAN immersion training preferredSalary NC/PA Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560. Actual compensation offered may vary based on unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
