We work with thousands of clients across the United States on Adjustment of Status, Visas, Petitions, Labor About Certifications, Citizenships, Deportations, Waivers, DACA Renewals, and Asylum matters.Job Summary:Meneses Lawisseekinga highlyorganizedand proactiveAdministrative Supervisorto join our dynamic firm. As theAdministrative Supervisoryou will play a crucial role in supportingthe efficient operations of our office and ensuring seamless administrativeprocesses. Reporting directly to theOperations Director, you will lead a teamintheadministrative department, fostering a collaborative and productive workenvironmentEssential Functions/Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of administrators, providing guidance and support to ensureoptimalperformance.Hold team members accountable for meeting individual and department goals.Ensure the administrative team is in full compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow expectations.Help create and revise SOPs as needed to support evolving business needs and improve team efficiency.Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files, records, and documents.Act as a liaison between the administrative team and other departments, fostering clear communication and cooperation.Handle incoming calls and other communications in Spanish and English.Manage filing systems, including e-filing, paper filing, and scanning.Record information as needed by following organizational instructions.Update paperwork,maintaindocuments, and perform word processing tasks.Help organize andmaintainoffice shared areas.Perform general office clerk duties and errands such as filing, typing, scanning, printing, following instructions, and meeting task deadlines.Aid with client reception as needed, including greeting clients, providing directions, scheduling, and answering/calling clients.Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements and streamline workflow asrequired.Perform any other tasks or functionsdeemednecessary to the daily operations of the employer.Required Skills/Abilities:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.Proficient with technology andabilitytolearnour software systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Ability to thrive in afastpaced, collaborative environment.Understanding and adhering to KPI's and metrics.Able to type 45 WPMor more.Education and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or leadership role.Physical Demands:This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouchingMay involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computermonitorfor extended periods of time.Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.The ability to move and lift items up to10 pounds.Compensation & Benefits for Working at Meneses Law:Base salary of $52,000Excellent Benefits (Medical,Employer Paid Dental,Vision,Employer Paid Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Selected (10) Days of Paid Holidays)401kSafe HarborMatchWork Life Balance Schedule:OperationalHours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.withflexibility to work2 Saturdays a month.Business Professional Work EnvironmentStructured Training programsWork withstate-of-the-arttechnologyBirthday and Anniversary rewardsSophisticated, challenging workParticipation in a variety ofvolunteerevents throughout the year.Must have the ability to work on a flexible schedule based on department and company needsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.#J-18808-Ljbffr
