Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Adult and Career Technology Education or Principal, provide an educational program and teach one or more classes in the Electrician program as part of the Building Trades and Construction pathway. Provide extensive expertise, instructional support, and hands-on training aligned to state-adopted Career Technical Education (CTE) standards for the Building Trades and Construction industry. The instructor will teach both theoretical and applied concepts, including electrical safety, National Electric Code (NEC), residential/commercial/industrial wiring, blueprint reading, and motor control systems. Work collaboratively with students, staff, administrators, and industry partners to enhance student employability and ensure program relevance to current workforce needs.
