Position Type: Walk-In Primary Care Services
Schedule: Friday-Sunday | 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Location: Muskegon, MI

Position Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider delivers high-quality medical care in accordance with accepted professional standards. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment, referrals, and thorough documentation. This role supports both scheduled and walk-in primary care services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as an active member of the care management team, providing leadership and clinical guidance
2. Deliver comprehensive primary care within scope of PA/NP training
3. Coordinate and support preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services
4. Communicate patient care plans effectively with team members
5. Prescribe medications as appropriate
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of diagnoses, treatments, medications, and consultations

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
2. Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in the State of Michigan
3. Current NCCPA certification (for PAs) and BLS/ACLS certifications
4. Eligible for liability insurance coverage
5. Demonstrated commitment to serving underserved populations
