Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range $66,315.00/yr - $110,638.00/yrAdditional compensation types Annual BonusPosition Summary/Essential Functions: Administers warranty and maintenance agreements for customer service accounts to achieve division business objectives and meet customer performance expectations. Responsible for overseeing major and/or multiple customer accounts. Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, investigates complaints, negotiates pricing and discounts, and ensures compliance with warranty or maintenance agreements.This senior position provides group leadership support as directed by the manager.Scope/Supervision and Interaction: _____ Has Direct Reports __X__ Does Not Have Direct ReportsResponsibilities: Manages specialized and/or major customer accounts, evaluating customer requirements, delivery schedules, and cost estimates.Provides solutions to customer issues impacting cost or schedule, negotiates requirements across multiple teams, and prioritizes repair schedules.Investigates and resolves claims or complaints, coordinates with technical and quality teams, and manages billing discrepancies.Approves or authorizes price quotations, allowances, deductions, and adjustments; determines scope of customer requests; consults with management on credits and decisions; mentors team members.Analyzes records and trends to recommend actions; provides input on maintenance or return trends; performs specialized assignments.Acts as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating visits, presentations, and audits; maintains long-term relationships with high-level customer procurement staff; may coordinate aircraft-on-Ground services.Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal systems and processes, analyzing data and proposing changes.Maintains professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional associations.Ensures compliance with aerospace industry regulations (e.g., FAA) and advises management on necessary actions.Provides leadership within customer support teams, acts as a project point of contact, and mentors less experienced staff.Serves as a subject matter expert, shares knowledge, represents the company on projects, and contributes to team efforts, including cross-functional initiatives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with six or more years of experience in technical support or contract administration.Thorough knowledge of warranty and maintenance agreements, industry practices, and regulations; knowledge of legal and export requirements may be necessary.Deep understanding of Parker products and customers.Proficiency with business software and data analysis systems.Strong problem-solving, goal-setting, policy analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.Additional Details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob functions: Administrative, Customer Service, Product ManagementIndustries: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, Aviation and Aerospace Components#J-18808-Ljbffr
