Agile Coach Lead
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months
*** Texas candidates or willing to move immediately for the role if selected. ***
The agile coach is a change agent who assists with the organizational change management. Improves team output and overall product management by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and techniques that promote agile methodologies.
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with coaching Agile teams.
Ten (10) years of experience working in an agile environment.
Significant background or education in computer science.
Knowledge of State and federal Medicaid laws, and pertinent management experience including the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Must have the following certifications:
Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
