This is a hybrid role, with at least two days per week onsite at our Oakland General Office. Become a key player in shaping multi-year electric investment plans by supporting business analysis, portfolio planning, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data models to support business, operational, and investment planning activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics for portfolio planning and business decisions.
• Support portfolio-level analysis of capital investment plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Asset Management, and Engineering.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience in utility, energy, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with business process documentation and process improvement.
• Understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting and capital planning.
