Key Responsibilities

• Analyze moderately complex data models and select appropriate reports and data options.
• Identify data needs, collect data, and apply various analytical techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop new reports and perform custom/ad-hoc reporting independently, presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Conduct basic research internally and externally, and communicate with peers to exchange ideas and gather information.
• Participate in project teams to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar software.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Adaptability to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
• Strong presentation skills.

Preferences

• Knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, and tactics.
• Understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling.
• Advanced skills in information analysis, metrics, and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in market research, consulting skills, and project management skills.
• General understanding of operational monitoring and analysis, advocacy and persuasion, and presentation skills.
