Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related experience with a steady progression of responsibilities.
• Proven ability to design and lead compliance governance models.
• Strong understanding of utility operations and asset management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional, high-impact initiatives.

Preferences

• Master's degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field.
