Responsibilities:

• Create, configure, and maintain displays for end users, ensuring alignment with EMS models and field conditions.
• Manage displays for all EMS and Training Simulator applications.
• Provide hardware and technology support for end users.
• Offer backup support to maintain Operating diagrams.
• Support EMS team initiatives and project requirements as directed by EMS Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors as directed by EMS Leadership.
• Participate in weekly team calls to plan work and resolve issues.
• Engage in SCADA modeling, troubleshooting, and communications.
• Perform UI changes to support SCADA point-to-point testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 years of experience working with computer or information systems.
• 0-1 years of experience supporting testing and troubleshooting on EMS systems, SCADA front ends, and supporting applications.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Professional Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Visio).
• Personal cellphone, supplier-provided dual monitors, docking station, mouse, and keyboard required.

Preferences:

• Background in Electric Grid.
