Marketing Communications Campaign Manager – Join PG&E in Oakland, CA

As a Marketing Communications Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional experiences for PG&E's customers.

As a key player in the team, you will develop content strategies and customer-facing materials to support Customer Care and Field Outreach teams. Your responsibilities will include leading internal employee communications, creating programs to raise coworker awareness, and developing external communication support. You will collaborate with product and program managers, Customer Experience, Customer Contact Centers, and external marketing and advertising agencies to implement top-notch customer communications that align with business goals and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a creative marketing role in a corporate environment and/or creative/advertising agency executing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects of moderate to complex scope.
  • Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders/internal clients and agencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferences

  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to drive communications strategies.
  • Effective communications and storytelling skills, strategic thinking, and data analytics and insights to drive engagement.
