We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our Electric Operations Strategy team in San Ramon, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of transformative projects that enhance safety, reliability, and affordability for our customers.

The position is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel to our Bay Area office locations as needed. You will be instrumental in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that our initiatives are prioritized, standardized, and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scope, conduct discovery, and align objectives of initiatives.
• Support end-to-end project/initiative planning.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partner organizations.
• Identify and address project performance issues.
• Ensure quality of project delivery and troubleshoot as needed.
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate partner projects with PG&E operations as needed.
• Assess project risk and develop contingency plans.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Support various ad-hoc requests for the Electric Operations Strategy team.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience managing programs/projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
• Experience leading or supporting programs within operations or strategy functions.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferences:

• Background in utility, wildfire, forestry, and/or climate.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience collaborating with external regulatory, governmental, or business groups.
