Create weekly/monthly performance metrics, dashboards, and streamline reporting of results for the Materials organization.
Implement and maintain custom data and analytic reporting to provide insight into and facilitate day-to-day operations.
Lead clients from simple, pre-existing business intelligence solutions to forward-looking capabilities using advanced predictive and prescriptive tools.
Work across functional teams and partner with peers and leaders on process change implementation and ongoing measurement and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the development of weekly and monthly metrics reporting related to organizational performance.
Collect data to identify root cause of problems on performances and implement solutions for improvements.
Align improvement to performance shortfalls and analyze best practices for techniques, processes, and implementation.
Determine data needs, collect data, and select analytical techniques to conduct root cause analysis and maintain operational tools and reports.
Create analysis that accurately describes the state of the business.
Create complex and automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery ensuring accurate data transformation.
Design data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, and write clear and concise data findings using power queries and Power BI reporting.
Apply judgment to solve problems of diverse scope.
Assist in coaching and developing less experienced staff and end users.
Understand business process needs and develop solutions.
Travel requirement up to 20%.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience.
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science/Information Systems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft BI stack including Power Pivot, Power View, Power BI, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
