    Aircraft Interior/LOPA Design Engineer - Remote - 0109

    Location: Remote

    Model: Part-time

    Position type: Consultant

    The LOPA (Layout of Passenger Accommodations) Design Engineer expected to provide expert advice and design services on a project basis for the interior layout of aircraft.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and design the Layout of Passenger Accommodations (LOPA) for various aircraft models.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams, interior designers, and clients to create optimized cabin layouts.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (FAA, EASA, etc.).
    • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for cabin layout modifications.
    • Use CAD software to create detailed design drawings and 3D models.
    • Provide technical support and expertise during the certification process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft interior design or related areas.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards (FAA, EASA).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
