The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Housing Rehabilitation Quality Inspector for upcoming project opportunity: Sanford NC – Jackson Heights CDBG-NR - 21-C-4032.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify the inspection criteria for the assigned Sanford Jackson Heights construction work.
• Check the condition of Sanford Jackson Heights construction materials and equipment before use.
• Inspect Sanford Jackson Heights construction work before it is concealed or placed into service.
• Compare completed Sanford Jackson Heights construction work with the approved details.
• Identify hazards affecting safe Sanford Jackson Heights construction work or operation.
• Record the location and evidence of Sanford Jackson Heights construction defects.
• Explain the corrections needed for each Sanford Jackson Heights construction deficiency.
• Inspect corrected Sanford Jackson Heights construction work.
• Compile unresolved Sanford Jackson Heights construction defects for the acceptance review.
• Prepare inspection records showing which Sanford Jackson Heights construction items were checked and accepted.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience performing Housing Rehabilitation Quality Inspector responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
