Cheerleading Coach

AEA supplemental requests via an internal application will be accepted until 2:00 pm on 3/24/26. External applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Salary: 7.5 % of the base salary on the AEA Certified Salary Schedule for AEA Members and 7.5 % of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule for Non-AEA Members.

Qualifications:

• Coaching experience at the middle school level or higher in designated sport
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
• Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for Grade 7 Cheerleaders during football season and Grade 7 & 8 (Red Team) Cheerleaders during basketball season

The successful candidate must have the following on file before starting:

• Valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit
• Current Coaches Training Certificates
• Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Training Certificate
• Favorable State and Federal background checks
• Negative Drug Screen Result
