Company Overview
Verition Fund Management LLC ("Verition") is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Credit, Fixed Income & Macro, Convertible & Volatility Arbitrage, Event-Driven, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets, and Quantitative Strategies.
Role Overview
Manage the day-to-day engagement and programming for L/S Equity Analyst Development, with a focus on the investor learning platform and career management. The role will report to the Head of Analyst Development.
Responsibilities
Build relationships across the L/S Equity analyst bench and maintain regular touchpoints around career path, development opportunities, and team dynamics.
Develop the PM and Analyst teach-in and best practice pipeline, including sourcing topics and speakers, collaboratively developing content, and managing execution.
Create and maintain development and training content, resources/tools, and best practices to build out the centralized investor learning platform.
Promote collaboration and engagement across teams through analyst events/forums and curating peer-learning opportunities.
Support analyst evaluation, promotion, and development planning via managing review process, tracking progress, and synthesizing feedback.
For candidates with relevant investing experience, provide targeted coaching to select analysts across core elements of the fundamental research process.

Preferably 5+ years of relevant L/S Equity or management experience
Strong organizational and program-management capabilities
