Job Title: Architect

Location: Boston

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings, alterations, and extensions, from the earliest stages through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
• Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven working experience as an Architect.
• Strong portfolio to demonstrate design skills.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
