Overview: An Architectural team member works independently, developing design or technical solutions under supervision of a Project Manager, Architect, Designer, Engineer and other staff in continued growth and education by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
• Writes reports and specifications.
• Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
• Provides assistance to project team as instructed by and under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Architect, or Engineer.
• Continues to work towards completing the requirements of the Architectural Experience Program (AXP) for discipline.
• Uses design technology software to prepare project documents.
• Draws finished designs from sketches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Architecture from a five-year NAAB accredited college or university.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Position only available to candidates residing in Charlotte.
