Description
Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Architectural designer / drafter in the Central FL area
This is a long term opportunity with a busy company
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed working drawings and permit drawings for commercial and residential projects
- Contribute to design tasks and perform occasional job site visits for field verification.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- 5+ years of architectural drafting experience using AutoCAD Architecture is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting processes (highly preferred).
- Proven ability to produce permit and construction drawings for commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of construction methods and building details.
- Experience with Revit is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with clients.
