• Steel toed shoes (MUST), ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use power tools such as a drill, read a tape measure and blueprints and understand work orders
• Willing to work overtime on Fridays with occasional Saturdays
• Longevity: minimum of 6 months in last job
• Ok working in a facility with no air conditioning
• Broad experience is a plus. Examples include: mechanical assembly, machine operating, welding, material handling, shipping

• Read blueprints and understanding work orders
• Utilize a variety of hand tools to assemble various parts onto Roof Hatches, Smoke Vents, and Access Panels.
• Assemble all metal hardware (hinges, slam latch, spring packages, pyro latches, etc.)
• Prepare panels for painting by putting insulation in and hanging panels on hooks.
• Package completed assemblies and fill orders
• Cross train in various departments to fill in when needed
• May also do some spot welding
